Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Schulte Companies. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Check-in: Welcome guests as they arrive, review arrival lists daily, and assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
  • Telephone and Communication: Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed.
  • Cash Handling and Bank Management: Responsible for issued bank, count bank at beginning and end of shift, and ensure that all cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the front desk area clean and organized, and assist with lobby activation as needed.
  • Guest Data Management: Utilize proper procedures when handling guest PPI data and follow checklist when going through check-in or check-out with guests.
  • Additional Duties: Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations, in-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations, and minimum of High School education.
  • Skills and Abilities: Basic computer skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members, and excellent time management skills.
