Job Overview

About the Role
This position requires a dedicated and compassionate PMHNP with expertise in assessing and treating adults with complex mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care. A salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for adult patients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A master's degree in psychiatric nurse practitioner studies or a related field
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and certification as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP)
  • At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care
