The U.S. Army is seeking a highly skilled Medical Team Lead to join their healthcare team as a Practical Nursing Specialist.

**Salary:** $69,896 per year (base pay), with potential for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supervising or performing preventive, therapeutic, and emergency nursing care procedures under the supervision of a physician, nurse, or NCO. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing emergency nursing care
  • Assisting in patient care
  • Changing and dressing wounds

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-stress environments. Additionally, your attention to detail, interest in chemistry, biology, general science, and algebra, will be essential in providing top-notch care to our patients.

Training and Development:
As an employee of the U.S. Army, you'll receive comprehensive training that includes 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 52 weeks of Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
