Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide ongoing training and education to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a nurse supervisor or manager in a long-term care setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
