Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Case Coordinator to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting project activities in the Greater Washington, DC area.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess third-party release recommendations related to family reunification options.
- Conduct weekly staffing reviews at care provider sites.
- Collaborate with customer staff and direct care providers to discuss cases, employing perspectives from child welfare, juvenile justice, and mental health in adherence with policy.
- Write reports on progress and tracking/elevating issues related to program trends.
- Assist care providers in recognizing potential victims of trafficking.
- Provide technical assistance to grantees related to policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, plus 2 years of postgraduate child welfare experience, or 3 years of post-undergraduate child welfare experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, plus 5 years of post-degree demonstrated child welfare experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in a non-social science related discipline, plus 7 years of post-degree child welfare experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (will be tested)
- Prior experience working with immigrant youth and families is highly preferred (case management, psycho-social assessments, direct mental health therapy, etc.)
- A competitive salary range of $57,866 - $78,200
