Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Agent to join our team at Insurance Nation. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing insurance solutions to new and existing customers, ensuring accurate verification of insurance coverage, and meeting performance-based goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insurance solutions to new and existing customers, including providing quotes, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims.
  • Verify insurance coverage for dealership customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including resolving payment issues, providing necessary insurance information, and contacting customers for insurance renewals.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on internal policies, insurance product updates, and industry laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Obtain and maintain proper licensure with the Florida Department of Financial Services.
  • Effective communication skills, including English and Spanish fluency.
  • Knowledge of computers and typing skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, proactive, team player, and problem solver.
  • Professional appearance and good hygiene.

Work Environment

As an Insurance Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, dealerships, and internal teams. You will be required to move from place to place, sit, use a computer, talk and hear, read and write, concentrate, reason, and analyze.

Compensation

Bonus compensation for meeting performance-based goals.
