We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our innovative team at Apkudo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions for our connected device technology industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Apkudo equipment installations worldwide, ensuring adherence to requirements.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all Apkudo Equipment in the field, responsible for installations, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
  • Conduct cosmetic inspections, new model tuning, and functional failure validation during implementation projects.
  • Evaluate equipment performance in the field and identify improvement areas for engineering.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot control systems for optimal operation.
  • Collaborate on innovative Robotics systems, troubleshooting both Hardware and Software issues.
  • Create and update technical documentation for system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for problem resolution and system maintenance.
  • Implement system-level configuration changes for new productions.
  • Participate in system maintenance activities and collaborate with vendors and customers for solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements in control system technology.
  • Work both onsite and on-call for operational support.
  • Integrate and test PLC/Application updates.
  • Carry out other necessary duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automation engineering and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Strong expertise in robotics systems and automation technologies.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools.
  • Deep understanding of hardware and software integration.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
