The Business Development Specialist will represent the Physicians Dialysis brand to the healthcare industry and consumer market, executing community outreach and marketing projects as directed by senior management. This role will focus on building relationships with referral sources, creating sustainable community support, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, EAPs, private counselors, and case workers.
Conduct quality presentations and in-services for agencies, hospital staff, and other groups as identified.
Utilize Salesforce or equivalent CRM program for daily reporting and data tracking.
Collaborate with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions, and business development team members to achieve business objectives.
Assist with creating and strengthening referral relationships, and market Physicians Dialysis programs to professionals in an effective manner.
Requirements:
Past experience in business development, public relations, marketing, or relationship management required. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
