As a key member of the Medicalodges team, this role is responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in their daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
Observes and records changes in the condition of residents, reporting to the licensed nurse as necessary.
Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of their health status.
