  • Troubleshoot HVAC Equipment: Identify and resolve malfunctions in HVAC equipment, applying diagnostic skills to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with Service Technicians: Work within a cohesive team of service technicians, fostering collaboration and seeking assistance when needed, creating a supportive and knowledgeable work environment.
  • Operate Company Vehicle: Safely operate a company-issued vehicle for service calls, ensuring it is well-maintained and used responsibly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, and possess knowledge of a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Customer Service: Advanced customer service skills, with the ability to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Certifications: Universal EPA Certification and possession of required tools.
