Job Title: Lead Installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to lead our installation team and provide exceptional customer service. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Install and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales and service, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Proven track record of leading and supervising installation teams
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
