Position Title: Trauma Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain exposure to Stryker's successful Trauma culture, which consistently delivers top-tier results across various market segments.
  • Participate in comprehensive Trauma training focused on product knowledge and sales techniques, including hands-on experience in the operating room. You'll observe over 300 surgical cases in your first year, becoming proficient in surgical procedures.
  • Acquire extensive field experience to prepare for future opportunities in sales and service.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Orthopaedic surgical requirements and procedures, becoming an integral member of the surgical team and positively influencing surgical outcomes.
  • Establish a robust brand in account management and client relations, which are crucial to our business success.
  • Thrive in a competitive and dynamic work environment that challenges you to utilize your talents daily.
Qualifications:
  • To excel in this role, you should possess strong multitasking skills, the ability to engage and sell to diverse audiences, a drive for achievement, and a quick aptitude for learning medical and technical information. Building strong, lasting relationships and demonstrating a strong work ethic and competitive spirit are essential.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience.
