Position Overview:

We are in search of dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Case Managers to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, specifically in Personal Injury law. This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately managing personal injury claims from initiation to resolution.
  • Collaborating with Personal Injury attorneys to gather necessary documentation for demand preparation and settlement finalization.
  • Initiating insurance claims for all relevant parties involved in personal injury cases.
  • Drafting and dispatching letters of representation to clients, medical facilities, and insurance entities.
  • Engaging with health insurance providers, including private insurers and government programs, to secure coverage and negotiate medical expenses.
  • Reviewing policies and claims to assess insurance coverage eligibility under applicable laws.
  • Securing insurance coverage details from all parties involved.
  • Coordinating and preparing clients for recorded statements, independent medical examinations, and examinations under oath.
  • Assisting clients with provider interactions and property damage claims.
  • Ensuring all case files are organized, complete, and ready for demand submission.
  • Maintaining an organized workstation and prioritizing tasks to meet daily objectives.
  • Managing global or individual settlements under attorney supervision and aiding in the preparation of settlement disclosures in conjunction with the accounting team.
  • Drafting correspondence, letters of protection, and other legal documents, including summarizing depositions and interrogatories.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about their cases and address any concerns.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality and consistency in work output.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal sector.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
