Position Overview:

We are in search of highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, particularly in Personal Injury law. This is a full-time role that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of personal injury claims from initiation to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Personal Injury attorneys to gather necessary documentation for preparing demands and concluding settlements.
  • Open insurance claims for all relevant parties involved in personal injury cases.
  • Draft and send letters of representation to clients, medical facilities, and insurance companies.
  • Communicate with health insurance providers, including private insurers and government programs, to secure coverage and negotiate medical expenses.
  • Review policies and claims to assess insurance coverage eligibility under applicable laws.
  • Obtain insurance coverage details from all parties involved.
  • Prepare clients for recorded statements, independent medical examinations, and examinations under oath under attorney supervision.
  • Assist clients with provider interactions and property damage claims.
  • Ensure all case files are organized, complete, and ready for demand submission.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
  • Manage global or individual settlements under attorney supervision and assist in preparing settlement disclosures in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Draft correspondence, letters of protection, and other legal documents, including summaries of depositions and interrogatories.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed about their cases and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality work and consistency.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal sector.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
