Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court and during negotiations
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents
  • Assess cases and provide sound legal advice
  • Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and involved parties
  • Stay informed on updates in personal injury law
  • Negotiate and settle cases prior to litigation
  • Review insurance policies, claims, and relevant records
  • Draft and argue legal documents, including memos and liability theories
  • Coordinate with insurance companies regarding client medical treatment
  • Provide clients with regular updates on case status
  • Conduct initial meetings with prospective clients
  • Manage a docket of cases in accordance with office protocols
  • Participate in Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Examinations Under Oath (EUO), and recorded statements


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Demonstrated work ethic and dedication to client service
  • Passionate about assisting clients affected by negligence
