Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to support our executive team at Sociaxe.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and organize company events and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion.
