Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing personalized advice and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough tax interviews, gathering information and identifying potential tax savings opportunities.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our tax services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • Experience working with virtual tools, including video conferencing and chat.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
