Your Contributions:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for designated partners, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Assist partners through consistent communication, technical support, and oversight.
  • Remain informed on ORR guidelines and offer strategic advice to partners.
  • Facilitate training sessions, provide resources, and suggest improvements for service delivery.
  • Assess potential partners and engage in research initiatives.
  • Participate in compliance monitoring visits and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Residence in Texas, preferably in the DFW area
  • Experience with refugee services is advantageous
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
