About the Role

This position requires a high level of dedication and flexibility, as you will be responsible for working a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide secure and humane treatment to unaccompanied minors and families during transportation">
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contract requirements">
  • Maintain constant line of sight and sound supervision of minors and families during transport">
  • Log transportation details in MVM's proprietary system">
  • Report any changes, disruptions, or concerns to the Command Center/Shared Services and Site leadership">
  • Perform visual verification of minors and families to confirm identity">
  • Other duties as assigned">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (or equivalent experience)">
  • At least two years of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area">
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish)">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to pass a government background investigation and obtain/maintain a Security Clearance">
  • Able to meet DOT requirements and qualifications">
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record">
  • Possess a valid US passport book">
