We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Specialist to join our team at Intercept Health. Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans, working collaboratively with the Program Manager and other team members.
- Model positive values, attitudes, and behaviors to develop socially effective skills in residents.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to residents, promoting their emotional and behavioral well-being.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. with at least six months of experience working with children, or an Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children, or a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing situations.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17-$19, based on experience, education, and certification.
