Project Manager Role

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up commercial work, specifically in institutional and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage public academic projects from start to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Lead and take ownership of projects, establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Uphold the company's image and professionalism throughout the project.
  • Ensure the project team's ability to commute to project sites throughout Rhode Island.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Strong background in ground-up commercial work, including institutional, state, federal, schools, and healthcare projects.
  • Construction-related degree (highly preferred).
  • Computer skills and familiarity with construction software.
