About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be overseeing the credit portfolio at VFS Brazil, which encompasses various segments including middle, small, and owner-operator fleets. Additionally, you will manage non-legal collections for all segments, particularly large fleet clients.

Moreover, you will take charge of the new Rental company portfolio and the local Decision Engine, which includes strategy development and analytics.

Your role will also involve:

  • Conducting Portfolio Management activities, producing reports, and executing specific studies.
  • Managing the governance process, including leading portfolio management meetings.
  • Supervising the development of solutions, including score models and analytically designed credit and collection strategies.

Regarding qualifications, you should possess:

  • A Master’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of management experience in banking or financial services, particularly in risk management with a focus on credit and collections.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve measurable objectives and extensive exposure to credit, collection, and change management.

Experience in an international and multicultural setting is highly advantageous. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of complex business processes within financial services, including knowledge of Central Bank regulations.

Additionally, proficiency in leveraging digital solutions and platforms to enhance decision-making through analytics is expected.
