Position Summary:
As a Building Automation Systems Technician, you will play a crucial role in interacting with clients to identify, analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and program control systems.
- Initiate, test, commission, and service control projects.
- Provide training to clients on control systems as required.
- Modify existing programs and troubleshoot to ensure optimal system performance.
- Verify correct operation of systems and control sequences.

Technical Duties:
- Review, adjust, and implement programming changes to building automation systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with standards and energy-saving practices.
- Calibrate, repair, and replace sensing devices within the building automation system according to specifications.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with BAS/BMS or DDC Controls.
- Proficient in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of BAS systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC is essential.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Distech or Honeywell systems is advantageous.
- Tridium AX, N4, and/or AX security certification is preferred.
