Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment. This role involves overseeing meal preparation and quality control for catering services, with an annual volume of $1.5 million to $1.8 million.
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing and executing regular and modified menus, ensuring quality, portioning, and presentation standards are met. You will also train kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment operation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
In addition, you will manage inventory and supplies within budget, maintaining availability of necessary products. You will oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas, and make decisions on leftover food usage according to company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume catering. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and have ServSafe certification.
