It is essential for the Food Runner to monitor inventory levels for bus stations and promptly inform management of any shortages in utensils or service items.

Key Duties:

  • Restock kitchen runners' windows as needed.
  • Serve and clear items in a professional and unobtrusive manner.
  • Transport soiled dishes and service items to designated areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen expedite area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in polishing silverware and folding napkins when time permits.
  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Expedite food orders when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Prepare condiments and service items for food delivery.
  • Keep bus stations, stock rooms, and corridors organized.
  • Request approval for stock requisitions.
  • Notify management of any equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:
