Position Overview: As a Delta One Broker, you will be responsible for executing and managing trades in equity swaps, CFDs, ETFs, and other equity derivatives. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to institutional clients, independent of buy-side and sales influences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Delta One products (equity swaps, CFDs, ETFs) for institutional clients, providing tailored trading solutions.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, offering expert advice and market insights.
  • Analyse market trends to develop and implement effective trading strategies.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operate independently from buy-side traders and sales teams, making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in Delta One trading or equity derivatives, with a strong understanding of market analysis and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with institutional clients.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg) and Excel, with a strong analytical mindset.
