5. Review and assess modifications to processes.
Job Duties:
1. Lead the resolution of customer quality issues.
2. Conduct audits on products and processes.
3. Communicate findings and ensure the effectiveness of corrective measures.
4. Assist in training team members on quality protocols.
5. Manage investigations and launches of new products.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years in Automotive or Manufacturing Quality.
2. Proficient in problem-solving and statistical analysis tools.
3. Strong skills in MS Office applications.
4. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and flexible hours.
5. Self-motivated and proactive.
