Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package of up to $94,400, including a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 and up to $14,400 in bonus incentives.

Our Interview Process

We conduct a thorough interview process, including a phone/video conversation, in-person center visit, and decision-making.

Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • A Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
