Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver for Seniors to provide personalized care to clients with disabilities in various settings. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for tailoring care plans to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and monitoring health conditions.
2. Maintain open and clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
3. Prioritize the safety of clients by creating a secure and comfortable environment, identifying potential risks, and implementing preventive measures.
4. Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided, changes in client's conditions, and any other relevant information.

Requirements:
Two years of caregiving experience.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols. Experience with Dementia care is a plus.

Compensation:
