Overview: DaVita is seeking a dedicated Renal Care Technician to provide exceptional care to our patients. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive safe and effective dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Hours: The clinic operates Monday through Saturday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a rotational schedule.
- Shifts: Technicians are expected to work 3-4 days a week, including at least two Saturdays per month, with potential early starts.
- Training: Comprehensive paid training is provided, combining classroom instruction with hands-on experience.
- Certification Support: DaVita reimburses the costs associated with obtaining your Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license.

Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance and a passion for learning are essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Comfortable working with blood and needles, as well as mixing medical solutions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, including certifications such as BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy.

- Technician Duties: Responsibilities include preparing equipment, monitoring patients, and ensuring the accuracy of treatment protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and dietitians, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
