We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist PRN to join our team at PSN Affiliates in El Paso, Texas. As a Respiratory Therapist PRN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the management of respiratory therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to determine respiratory therapy treatment plans
- Administer inhalants, operate mechanical ventilators, and provide therapeutic gas administration
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
- Associates Degree of Applied Science
- Current Certification or Registration by the state of Texas (CRT or RRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- At least six years of hospital experience
