  • Understand and interpret the Banquet Event Order and menu for assigned functions.

  • Stay informed about current hotel policies and procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with safety protocols, including fire exits and equipment locations.
  • Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clear banquet areas post-event and ensure proper storage and restocking of equipment.
  • Exhibit attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards guests and colleagues.
  • Understand the hotel's organizational structure and the role of each department.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Participate in meetings as required by management.
