The hourly wage for the Retail Sales Representative role is $18.00, along with mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for:
- Safely transporting products between storage and display areas.
- Filling, merchandising, and rotating products on shelves and displays according to company standards.
- Arriving punctually at customer locations to execute merchandising tasks.
- Operating manual and powered handling equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitoring competitor products and marketing strategies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with account personnel.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as perform physical tasks.
Work Environment:
The role may involve exposure to moderate noise levels and requires occasional travel to various company locations. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be necessary.
