Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

• Create a positive work environment and ensure the proper deployment of direct support staff to meet the needs of our clients.

• Identify and address health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report any safety and maintenance issues as needed.

• Ensure that clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented, and that protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed.

• Oversee the administration of medication, ensuring that records are up-to-date and that medical appointments are scheduled and attended.

• Monitor budgets and finances for the individuals we serve, and collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations.

• Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure the appropriate allocation of financial resources.

• Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Exceptions to educational requirements must comply with state law and regulations).

• Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders is preferred.

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
