Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage, and dismantle banquet bars according to established guest service and sustainability practices
  • Review Banquet Event Orders to ascertain the function, guest count, and bar type (house, premium, cash, open, etc.)
  • Engage with all guests in a genuine, courteous, and service-focused manner, striving to exceed expectations for total guest satisfaction
  • Handle cashier responsibilities in accordance with the Banquet Event Order, adhering to both company and franchise standards
  • Follow prescribed guidelines, policies, and procedures for beverage preparation
  • Comply with state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Return all equipment and supplies to their designated areas
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • A minimum of one year of bartending experience is necessary
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred
  • Strong oral communication skills are essential
  • Positive interpersonal skills are required
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain certification in alcohol service, such as TIPS or other state-approved programs
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
