Hospice Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Care Assistant to join our team at Gentiva.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nurse.
- Administer medication as directed by the nurse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
