Our company is the largest self-storage provider in the United States, with over 3,600 stores nationwide. We seek leaders who are responsible, passionate, and innovative, and who can take charge of day-to-day operations at our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more sites, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and facility cleanliness.
  • Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions, improving sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits.
  • Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties, work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and other stores in the area.
  • Run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience, 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, a college education is a plus.
