This crucial position entails facilitating the cooperation of diverse teams, including engineering, production, service, procurement, and finance, to guarantee smooth project execution. Utilizing the organization's sophisticated project management systems, you will delineate project scopes and objectives, ensuring they are meticulously upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Regular communication and updates to clients through conventional channels such as phone and email, as well as in-person meetings, are vital aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will engage with internal departments and customer-oriented teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain strict oversight of project budgets to meet financial goals.
  • Define and manage project scope, keeping detailed order summaries.
  • Proactively address and surpass client expectations throughout the project.
  • Work closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide strategic guidance to procurement teams regarding the acquisition of supplementary equipment.
  • Establish and uphold systems to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in project management.
  • Preferably knowledgeable about the packaging sector.
  • PMP certification is desirable.
