Position Overview

This is a full-time opportunity focused on enhancing patient experiences and operational efficiency within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:
  • Support marketing initiatives by analyzing healthcare trends and data to establish connections with potential clients and referral sources.
  • Develop and distribute educational resources for healthcare providers regarding our services, programs, and patient outcomes.
  • Contribute engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • Assist with the coordination of admissions, including maintaining tracking documents, sending report emails, leading daily meetings, and collaborating with various departments.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations by engaging with prospective patients and their families regarding pre-admission and admission procedures.
  • Perform assessments and complete pre-admission screenings promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate communication with physicians and other stakeholders as needed for patient admissions.
  • Ensure compliance with patient-centered care standards by providing timely and accurate information to patients and families, enabling them to participate in their care decisions.
  • Adhere to customer service standards set by our organization.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Vocational or technical training or degree: Licensed Practical Nurse. Required.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Required.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or an active Multi-State LPN Compact License. Required.
- Valid Georgia Driver's License. Required.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as an LPN. Required.
- At least 1 year of experience in guiding patients through their care journey. Preferred.

Skills:
- Strong professional demeanor, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities. Required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required.
- Ability to engage effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Required.
- Capacity to build and maintain trust with physicians, clinical managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Required.
