Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center. As a 3rd shift RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Use analytical and critical thinking to individualize care and coordinate care through effective partnerships.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in bedside shift report and keep patients and significant others updated on their care plan.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote a healthy work environment and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in data collection, pose relevant clinical questions, and proactively plan for patient care across the care continuum.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
