The Client Relations Advocate acts as the primary liaison for all potential and new clients entering the firm. The advocate ensures consistent client engagement and satisfaction throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a high volume of incoming calls.

· Collect contact information and case specifics.

· Assess case qualifications.

· Distribute sign-up documentation.

· Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients.

· Conduct daily follow-ups on pending inquiries.

· Input case information and documents into the CRM system.

· Acquire additional details and documentation to establish new client claims.

· Collaborate with Case Investigators to ensure claims are submitted and legal teams are appointed.

· Communicate expectations and timelines regarding claim initiation to clients.

· Inform clients about their assigned legal team.

· Recognize the significance of deadlines and adherence to instructions.

· Ensure all client information is accurate and complete during the intake process.

Qualifications

  • Client-focused approach
  • Sales experience is highly regarded
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Experience in the legal sector is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM and case management software is desirable

Education and Experience

· Associate's degree is preferred

Pay: $19.00 per hour
