In the role of Head of Multifamily Acquisitions, your main duty will be to identify and secure new multifamily land prospects while obtaining necessary approvals for upcoming multifamily projects within your designated regions. You will report directly to the Vice President of Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential sites in accordance with the company's site selection standards and conduct financial evaluations to ascertain the feasibility and profitability of prospective locations.
  • Perform risk/reward assessments and identify critical pathways.
  • Comprehend the pro-forma, including total project expenses, revenue forecasts, cash flows, and the impact of each variable on returns.
  • Present development proposals to the Investment Committee and external stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and municipal officials.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in the real estate sector within a transactional capacity, specifically in development and/or acquisitions.
  • Strong business insight, excellent interpersonal abilities, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to foster relationships that enhance team collaboration, navigate challenges effectively, and adapt to find strategic solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business is required.

This position is focused on sourcing opportunities, with a lucrative compensation structure linked to each transaction. The compensation package will feature a competitive base salary along with significant bonuses and incentives.
