As part of your role, you will:

  • Develop detailed treatment and care plans tailored to each patient.
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care.
  • Document daily activities in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Utilize independent judgment based on your experience to implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Evaluate and report on the progress of patients.
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Adhere to federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practices.

Qualifications:
  • Valid state license
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Provide physical therapy services in accordance with clinic, state, and federal regulations, as well as professional standards.
  • Supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians while delegating tasks appropriately.
  • Maintain open communication with clinic staff to ensure that patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
  • Assist patients in regaining control of their lives and achieving independence.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
  • Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Experience:
  • Experience is not mandatory but will be considered.
  • Possess appropriate state licensure (or the ability to obtain it), certification, or registration as required by state regulations, in good standing.
