Occupational Therapist

Amedisys, a leading provider of home health, hospice, and high-acuity care, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team. As a homecare occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care
- Ensure the plan of care addresses all identified problems or documents rationale for any omitted issues
- Supervise home health aides when RN is not active in the case
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state
- Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by ACOTE or successor organizations
- Eligible to take or has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists
- One year of related occupational therapy experience
