Role Description:
In the capacity of Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of intricate, cross-departmental projects associated with Supply Chain Strategy and Business Operations. Your responsibilities will include steering strategic initiatives, managing programs with precision, and ensuring coherence with our overarching supply chain strategy. You will be instrumental in facilitating decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of strategic supply chain projects.
- Coordinate program/project activities, including meetings, reporting, and risk management.
- Employ standardized project management methodologies and tools for effective execution.
- Oversee resource management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Drive problem resolution, facilitate decision-making, and manage risks proficiently.
- Develop and implement change management strategies as necessary.
- Create detailed program documentation and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct proactive scenario analysis, manage impacts, and propose strategic recommendations.
- Encourage high-performance teams and cultivate strong relationships with leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain roles within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
- At least 5 years of project management experience; PMP certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, change management, and operational excellence practices.
- Proficient in project/program management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to deliver results under pressure and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
- Understanding of financial principles and business management concepts.
