Program Overview

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking talented individuals to participate in its Supply Chain Operations Internship Program. This program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a global company and exposure to Supply Chain Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will be assigned a project for the duration of the assignment, which will be a real-life, value-added business project that can be tied back to classroom learning. The goal of this internship is to provide interns with working experience in a global company and exposure to Supply Chain Leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Students entering their last year of their degree desired

Intellectual curiosity with a drive for root-cause analysis

Continuous Improvement mentality and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and accomplish goals simultaneously

Strong analytical and data management skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment

Strong interpersonal skills

An appreciation for diversity with interest in global experiences

Capable of interacting with all organization levels from entry level Associates to Senior Leadership

Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Supply Chain

Travel may be required and will vary by project
