Supply Chain Rotational Program

Goodyear is seeking talented individuals to join our Supply Chain Rotational Program, a comprehensive development program designed to build the next generation of Supply Chain professionals. This accelerated program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop high-level skills, and drive business impact within a global manufacturing organization.

Program Overview

The Supply Chain Rotational Program is a 3-5 assignment rotational program that spans approximately 6 months per assignment. Participants will rotate through various functional areas, including Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Process Excellence, and Logistics and Warehousing. Each assignment will provide a unique opportunity to develop skills, build relationships, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand collaboration meetings with key sales channel leaders
  • Optimize reporting and methodology
  • Negotiate container contracts
  • Maintain carrier scorecards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for key accounts (e.g., Walmart and Sam's Club)
  • Support raw materials planning
Requirements

To be eligible for the Supply Chain Rotational Program, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum 3.0 overall GPA is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a drive for root-cause analysis, and a continuous improvement mentality. Strong analytical and data management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment, are also essential.
