Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain high levels of customer satisfaction across all restaurants by instilling a sense of urgency around customer service among all employees.
  • Must be passionate about the Brand and willing to follow and maintain strict guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and develop qualified restaurant managers and foster a learning environment throughout all restaurants.
  • Grow sales by creating and implementing a strong sense of servant mentality.
  • Meet budgetary requirements for controls, analyze trends, and take action to impact the bottom line.

Requirements:

  • Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years of QSR/Fast Casual experience in managing multiple locations, familiarity with cost analysis, interpersonal resolution skills, and strong team leadership capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
