Job Title: Registered Nurse

At AMG Specialty Hospital- Central Indiana Hancock Campus, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse. This is a full-time position working night shifts, with a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus* available for the right candidate.

Job Summary:

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for supervising patient care activities, communicating with physicians and staff, and fostering a positive milieu in the hospital. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide direct patient care as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Communicate with physicians and staff about changes in patient condition
  • Foster a positive milieu in the hospital
  • Provide direct patient care as required
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
