Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Systems Security Manager to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information security policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the security of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing
  • Develop and maintain security awareness training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies
Requirements
  • 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years of experience with a Master's degree, or 4 years of experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate
  • Certifications such as IAM Level 3 and CISSP are highly desired
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant DoD cybersecurity work experience
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, current within 5 years
Preferred Requirements
  • Extensive familiarity with DoD, USAF, and USSOCOM RMF processes
  • Experience supporting Joint Operations Support Cloud Environment, Warfighter Worldwide Network, and Joint Personal Edge Compute Device
  • Ability to research and review proposed new systems, networks, and software designs for potential security risks and impacts
